    I did find out that it is fine to use a .1 uF cap instead of a .01 uF one, since it is just a filter. Bump for help with the RLO and RHI thing :)

    I'm sure there is an easier way, but I liked this one and already ordered the parts :).  This circuit also gives 100% control of the duty cycle. Ok, this changes VHi, to 8V, but does it change VLo to 4V? Also, does anyone know if it is ok to substitute the .01 uF capacitor with a .1 uF...
