    pic16f628 light control

    hy guys ... i have to make a project with 1 pic 16f628 and light senzor  and a 230w bulb ; the bulb have to function proportionaly with whe outside light .... i am not very good ,but i have to solve this for school can anyone help me please ?  ;D
