I use AI quite a bit for embedded work now, mostly for checking ideas or getting through unfamiliar code faster.
It’s useful, but I still don’t trust it blindly. With hardware-related stuff especially, I always check the datasheet because AI can be confidently wrong.
Flowcode probably makes the most sense here if you want to keep things simple.
For the 0–10 V outputs, I wouldn’t try to do everything directly from the Uno. An external DAC and op-amp stage would make it much easier and give you cleaner analog outputs.
For thickness, 1.6 mm is usually the safe default. I’d only go thinner, like 0.8 or 1.0 mm, if the board needs to fit in a tight space or save weight. I’d go thicker, like 2.0 mm+, if it needs more stiffness or has mechanical/connector requirements.
