My first circuit is a bit advanced (H-bridge!)

Thankyou. I tried building this circuit with what I have, but it did not work. I individually tested the switches, the motor the battery. I think It will not work for the skepticism offered in a few replies. Either way, I am having fun, but the calculations hurt my brain. Also this circuit...

My first circuit is a bit advanced (H-bridge!)

My motor draw is in Amps and my transistors need to match that, but everything I listed in in Volts. So I have to figure out some Amps. Also I keep seeing diagrams where the resistors come after the transistors, but that doesnt seem right, because dont I want to protect the transistors from too...

    What are these?

Can't post pics cause problems on your end. Probably my phone takes too large images. They are little metal cubical boxes with a black ball inside. the ball is not loose but held behind a metal cage. there are 3 pins eminating from them. the number 3 is stamped on the front. No other markings...

My first circuit is a bit advanced (H-bridge!)

Hello, I am teaching myself electronics. I have been reading for several weeks because anybody can build an elementary circuit that turns on an LED, I just kept reading. Electronics is so fascinating and logical, but my simple brain can only handle so much and at last I have become motivated to...

A few questions about the allocation of frequencies

I am looking at this chart; https://www.ntia.doc.gov/files/ntia/publications/january_2016_spectrum_wall_chart.pdf Why is the lowest kHz "not allocated" and what does that mean? What do the pink areas labeled "fixed' mean? Thanks

Seeking virtual tours through various circuits.

In trying to learn electronics, and various circuits I am amazed yet ever confused. I read an article then that was both colorful and descriptive that brought you down to the level of the current and sent you through the course. It was exciting and refreshing and made the math clear unlock the...
