APD High Voltage Bias Solutions

Hi,
I want to use APD sensor for my app.
for using this sensor should bias to 5V to 100V.
This time of switching voltage betweens should be very fast.
For example high voltage(100V) should arrive top point at 100us.
I searched different topologies(Boost,flyback) but they are slower than i want .

That is not much information to go by.

Perhaps you could use a MC1455/555 as a monostable  employed as a switch; it has a rise time of 100ns. Plus a ZVNL120A N-CHANNEL ENHANCEMENT MODE VERTICAL DMOS FET it is good to 200v. It has a rise time of 8ns.
