Broadband circuit design

I'm a student in EE department. There is a project where I need to fabricate a planar bias tee accommodating broadband signal, from MHz to GHz. The best I can do is to simulate a CPW pattern with HFSS and send it out for fabrication. The stripe has to be plated with gold, so I used gold as the material in my simulation.

My question is which company can help me fabricate the circuit board. Also please help me with the board material.
