Calc. Acoustic Res from Wavelength

Can anyone please tell me step-by-step how to calculate the acoustic
resonance of an object in Hertz if I know its dominant wavelength in
microns?

As an example, let's say 1 micron.

You need to know the velocity of the wave through the material

For simplicity, let's just say its two dimensional = velocity of sound
in air.
