Connecting Pavlok to a BacTrack SKYN alcohol intake monitor?

Hello,

I know next to nothing about electronics but am wondering:

Is it possible to connect a Pavlok "skin zapper" with a wearable transdermal alcohol monitor like BacTrack SKYN, to create a device that will zap the (voluntary) user if he or she has a drink?

I have seen a guy's wife slap him if he has a drink. Maybe she could use a zapper instead.
