I just bought myself a DCA75 from Peak Electronics and I just tested a 2N6111 everything looked ok until I did a PN junction test, the voltage dropped on reverse at 9v but on a new transistor there was no drop on reverse. I've attached some picture of the results i got from and old and new transistor with DCA75. If I didn't have the DCA75 what methods could I have used to get similar results?
