Datasheets wanted for AY-5-1203A and AY-5-8320

I am looking for datasheets for an AY-5-1203A, which I believe is a
digital clock chip, and an AY-5-8320 which probably turns this clock
data into a video signal. I suspect these may be GI chips, one
certainly has another number prefixed with GI, the other has a square
spiral logo. Couldn't find the info on the datasheetarchive :-( Can
anyone help? Thank you, Peter

Goodness, you've been busy! Many thanks! The bottom-right of the
first page of the 8320 is too blurred to read the pinouts though :-(
Is the original like that, or did the book move during scanning?
