Deja-vu, reply to replies

Hi Guys,
Today I received about 8 e-mails from this site for links to topics that I was the last person to make a reply. A couple of topics that I replied to hours ago and a few that I was the last person to make a reply nearly a year ago!

Is anyone else getting these phantom e-mails from the past?

I just received another e-mail reply to replies for a topic I started exactly 1 year ago today! It finished a few days later.

Yea, I know the feeling! I sometimes get 3, 4, 5, of the same messages with a few weeks between. The server might be stuttering! Strange anyway! :-\

very intresting , if someone replies to topics i posted agers ago i would still get the notifiocations as i allowed it by clicking on the box allowing me to receave emails of replies to these topics , the sitiuation allso reminds me of some information i once read about signals on the internet comeing from out of space , so it makes me wonder who is out there watching us and viewing our postings

hey dazza if you tick the box to notify you of any replies to your topic or the topic you are watching you will get an email if someone replies to that topic, and allso if you reply to the reply of that topic you will still receave an email to
