Does anyone have a spice model for BFG235

I'm having trouble finding a spicemodel for this siemens npn bjt rf
transistor.
Any ideas as to where I might get one?

Maybe some one might have the spice parameters in a database they could copy
and past them into a reply for me. I would be much obliged.

It contains S-parameter files and one file with package
related inductors and capacitors and another one with
the model of the bare chip. Combine both into one subcircuit.
That's what I will not do for you.
