Double Stage AC to AC Switch Mode Regulator(220V A.C.

Hi everybody.
                      I want to make AC Switch mode regulator,which should have input voltage150-275 V A.C. and output 220V A.C. approx.
                      My need is complete schematic diagram , Ferrite core specs. and winding, etc. Thanks!
