Hi Guys,

I am looking for an equivalent replacement for the following

1 x OA47 diode
1 x 3V0 zener diode (type BZY88)

I couldnt find exact ones, so can any one suggest something equivalent and one I can find easily.

Thanks

for the OA47 that is a 30V rated diode rated at 110mA and a voltage drop of 450mV, I can only find surface mount replacements but I dont have the time to do a lot of digging.

You can find the Zener right here for really cheap, all I did was google "BZY88 3V0"

It depends on where you are. In the UK, both are available on e-bay.

The OA47 could perhaps be replaced by a Schottky diode.
3.3V seems to be more common than 3.0V.

Is your circuit fussy?

Suggesting a substitute for the OA47 would be easier if we knew in what and where it was used. The designer may have simply specified an OA47 as a general purpose diode as it was current at the time of the design. The spec could turn out to be flexible unless its characteristics were critical to the circuit.
