Fault finding with SMPS

I've got a Yamaha P7000S Power Amplifier on my desk. It is not powering up. In general,can anyone please advice me on steps to find faults in SMPS?
To be more specific on the problem here, Two power resistors were blown and also two igbt close to the main transformer were blown.
Please help. Thank you

not familiar with it

firstly, have you tried to find a schematic for the circuit ? would be of great help
and sharp well lit photos would also be of huge help

As Dave said find the schematics, also replace those resistors and the transistors and check all the elctrolitic capacitors.
