Hi,

All my three Fluke 8600A multimeters will not show zero volts when
measuring
VDC
on the lower ranges. On the 200mV range it slowly increments
until it overranges. With shorted inputs, it is close to zero, about 0.5
to
3 mV,
but never zero.

All suggestions more than welcome.

Thanks,
Anders J

Are you near an RF transmitter?

That sounds normal. On the low ranges the input impedance if very high
and it will pick up stray voltage easily. With inputs shorted there
can be a small offset.
