I have replace the ice maker and the solenoid on the frigidaire gallery pro series model number FRS26ZSG after twenty four hours still no ice,what do I?

I was told that a failure of the heating element which causes the ice to fall free can lead to a "no ice" situation.

Is ice building up and not releasing, or is there no ice forming at all?
