Full black background screen on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B

Hi guys,
Full background blank screen issue on my Raspberry Pi 4. After installing Dakboard OS via Raspberry Pi Imager (and also with Etcher), the monitor shows an initial connection but goes blank within a second or two and then enters standby mode. I know the Pi is booting since I can see the Dakboard SSID on my phone’s Wi-Fi list.

I have tried modifying settings in config.txt based on advice from Raspberry Pi forums, but still no display. The odd thing is that when I power on the Pi without the SD card, the bootloader screen with the Raspberry logo and QR code shows up just fine.

This issue also happens when using an SD card with Raspbian, so it’s not isolated to Dakboard OS.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Please suggest me ,Thank you.

Forget about isolation, focus on commonalities.

Thanks for the suggestion! I will try using a new SD card to see if that resolves the issue. I will update once I test it. Thanks again
