I got delayed but have card in hand. There is a tag with SN19495 1049863. On this same tag is what appears to be a UPC bar code and also the following number, GV-N1030D5-2GL rev.1.0. Something that became apparent to me and visible in the initial post, is that a small bit of the second gold finger pad from the right, is missing. The bottom end looks perfectly squared off so perhaps it was made short to make that trace last to make contact. Don't know. You are correct, this is a video card but I think my friend's mention of game card merely implied that this card is fast, as I'm guessing fast video display is a requirement of new games. Another paper tag on the solder side, displays this number, 2/AV/JH9918 00967 V17051. Let me know if you require more info.
