HI all. I'm new here, but not new to electronics.
I'm a computer network geek by trade, and electronics is a hobby.
I'm mostly a repair guy, I don't do much in the way of design or building, but I've always enjoyed fixing stuff. I'm not terribly good at circuit analysis, but I'm quite good with a soldering iron Been doing this as a hobby since '74 or so. Recently got back into it after a long absence. Have done many LCD monitors, and a few TVs, Printers, notebooks etc. in the last couple of years.
My other hobbies are Radio (monitoring mostly, though I am a licensed ham, I'm inactive) photography, and music.
I'm fairly good at photography, and surprisingly bad at guitar given the amount of years I've supposedly been playing.
