Hantaren mtc 900 arcade monitor problem

Hi!

Has anyone seen this problem before:

I flipped the horisontal deflection wires, and the dark area flippes also,
meaning that the CRT tube is not the problem.
I also changes all the caps in the monitor, except the large 250v/330uf in
the ps board, which I somehow missed.

On high brightness items, the darkness is hardly visible, like the "button 1
for next screen" text that looks allmost normal - where backgrounds
sometimes becomes allmost black.

Any help would be appreciated.

Replace the big filter cap, as well hum bars can come from a bad pcb power
supply.
I have seen this happen on enduro racer, hum bar in screen and it was not
the monitor.
Other then that it looks like you missed a cap somewhere.
