Help for locating a MM765 IC wide band amplifier

Hello: I am looking for a replacement part MM765 wide band amplifier
(surface mount) 3 terminal. This is used in the pre-amp section of a Tek
2710 spectrum analyzer

i find a search on google takes you to a hongkong site and they have
i think 12 in stock of the NEC brand..
or it mite be something else i am looking at.
