HELP on Simple Project (POWER ON DELAY)

hey guys i have this project in my electronics class i must submit.

it's a simple power-on delay. (acctual application)

Bassically a circuit that has a 220v input that will have a delay on time on 3 minutes after power is interrputed or turned of.

i dont need complicated circuits with time adjustments.. etc etc..

just a simple on that will turn back on a 220v supply with a delay of 3 minutes when interputed.


i did this project on the application of the power on delay but this only lit up an LED after 60 secs once power was inteppted. so basically the power dealing with this cicuit for both power in and power out are DC voltages.

i need one that can have a AC one both in and out.


if you have any links or schematic diagrams. it would be gratly appriciated.

Since you have mentioned that you have already made the circuit you want with DC voltage, why not use the DC circuit to power a relay which turns on the 220VAC after 3 minutes?
