I have a favourite speaker with suspect component on cross-over.
Description: dark green, approx 36mm long x 6.5mm diameter.
Wire termination each end to circuit board.
Markings: W23, 3RO, 5%
Can someone please ID or provide me a link for me to help myself.
Opinion also sought on the cannister capacitors:
dated 1976,
PYE 65mm lng, x 25mm Diam.
50VDC, REV, 40uF.
Is it highly likely that these may have deteriorated with time & warrant
replacement?
