I am trying to find a photodetector that has an upper temperature operating limit at 15C or abve. Does anyone know of such a device? So far I've only seen ones that go up to 125C on Mouser.

OK, let me get this clear. You want a photo-detector that will melt or be damaged at a temperature in excess of 15C

Did you mean 150C?

You may have to find a way to keep it cool.

Do'h! I did mean 150C. A photodetector that can't go above 15C would be a pretty horrible photodetector.

Doubt I'll be able to keep it cool. This will go inside a temp chamber... :-/

I'm starting to think I won't find such a device.

What sort of photodetector do you need, how long must it operate, and how exacting are you on specifications.

Oh, and how much does the temperature vary in the chamber?

Could you use a light pipe or fibre-optics to keep the detector out of the hot environment?
