I'd be surprised if there is actually a BMS on the cell.
Most don't.
However, the capacity is written right there on the label (4.44Wh)
One can work it out by taking the mAh value (1200) divide by 1000 (so 1.2) then multiply by the cell voltage (3.7) which is a single cell.
The Imax may show a diffent (lower) value as it depends if the cell is fully charged beforehand, just what level the charger/discharger is set to cut out at etc.
Not to mention if the Imax is genuine or a clone copy.
If there is any BMS it will simply cut out at a safe level, which is the same as in normal operation so really has nothing to do with the cell capacity whether test discharging or normal use.
