how to send ECG through gsm

i have got final year project to send ECG through GSM and show the graph with GUI  at hospital end .there are some other conditions also present but main problem is to send ecg through gcm

can any one help me .?????

any schematic ,pdf , cricuit anything .??????

I don't know why an ECG would be sent on GSM. Maybe the patient is dying and is far from the doctor or hospital.
I had a heart attack two years ago and had many ECGs. They fixed the blocked heart arteries but my heart doctor wants to see if my heart is getting better or is getting worse. So he made me wear a portable ECG unit for 24 hours that recorded my heart. It was fine. Now he wants me to wear one again.
