For my grandson I am trying to repair a remote controlled toy car.
On the PCB I found the following IC's:
NEC uPC1035C
9361
SN76604N

All if these cannot be found with google, which I often used for this
purpose.
I think all the IC's are obsolite.
Does anyone have datasheets or where can I find them?

My vrt databook describes this as a "Recorder-Steuerg./function
control". I guess this means it provides the steering and motor
control functions.

If it wasn't for the "6", I would have said this looked like a YYWW
date code.

In stock. Cost US$0.65.

It might be a red herring, but the SN76603P is described as an "FM-ZF"
which is an RF-IF amp. It's in an 8-pin DIP and is equivalent to a
uA703(C), although the latter is packaged in a metal can (?).

Can you describe the fault with the car? IME the majority of problems
with RC cars is in the transistors that drive the motors. Also, the
crystal in the remote control unit often fails after being dropped.
