Dear newsgroup,
are there experiences with switched integrators (ACF2101) and small active
areas InGaAs photodiodes?
I hesitate to use a 1 gigaohm feedback resistor in transimpedance amplifier.
The follow up ADC runs with 50 kSPS.
I am interessted in the case of very weak light.
I expect 50 picowatts signal light.
