JVC not displaying correct colours

Hi all, just joined the forum. I have a problem with my JVC-AV32WP2EK (about 1998), which has always worked fine up till now. The colours have now gone for RED/BLUE/YELLOW and I am left with Green,Purple,Grey...which makes CSI interesting!
Is there anything I can do with it, or is it ready for the scrap heap? I thinks its worth a mention here that the picture is nice and sharp as always and there is nothing else wrong with the TV.
Such a shame as I like this TV and can't really afford the £350-£400+ to replace it with a similar size flat screen at this time.
