LED Power Driver Replacement

Hiya everyone, i was wondering if anyone can help me how i go about replacing a power driver in my led board.
iv identified which one is problematic and iv tried googling the spec it says on the box of the driver but nothing matches


Driver box on far left 80-130v 695mA

how would i got about getting a suitable replacement ?

any advice be great because im stumped :-(
