My TECHNICS SA-GX490 reciever and SL-PD687 disc changer won't even come on after a very bad storm the other day.I took off the covers to look for some type of fuse without success.Where do I go from here? I'm thinking it would probably be cheaper to buy new ones than to have these repaired. My electronic skills are limited,but I do have a multi-meter.
