Looking for a device or circuitry

Good day everybody
I have an application for a device or circuitry which if I apply an input voltage the output gives a one shot pulse, and when I disconnect the input voltage output will give the same one shot pulse.

I think you need two J/K flip/flops, one to trigger on rise and other to trigger on the downside of your supply all feed through diodes at there output to keep each output isolated feed to your common output. Hope that helps.

If you can use logic this XOR gat will give you what you want.
