have you opened it up ? can you tell me which PLL chip it has inside?
I do thave a schematic for the PLL02A board. its one of the very common ones

If you can give me some solid info on approximately the year, and if you can take it apart and get some other things like any revision numbers (if applicable) or any other kind of identifiers.

I have ARCHIVES (and I mean that) of CB service manuals, I can take a look for you, it may be a few days before I can do that, because they are in storage, but I'd be happy to.
