I have a Tek 2465B 'scope with a horizontal deflection fault; the faulty
part is the horizontal deflection chip TEK155-0241; anyone know of a source
for this part?

ebay: junker-scope Tektronix 2445/2455/265 (even A or B or non-A/B.)

These chips are RARE, so be prepared for a bill > 150 $.

And you can try "the usual supects", that means: google for "Tektronix 2465 spare".

As I thought; already trawling ebay for junkers, found 1 possible source for
the chip, Sphere in Canada but they have none available at present.
