Motion Activated Dice

Hey..........This is my first post. I'm an Electrical Engineer and I was looking for a project. I came across Motion Activated LED Dice (http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/games/007/index.html) and I really liked the concept. Thumbs Up to the brain behind it!! Can anybody tell me if someone has actually made a working model from what is provided in the thread? And as to the availability of the components? I live in India so can I get the IC used in it here and how much will it cost me(in Indian Currency)??
