Need help finding SMA jack | Noob

Hi Guys, I'm very new to electronics and I have no idea what I'm looking for online. I need help finding a replacement for the SMA in the picture below. Also can I use another Jack that isn't silver but is gold and is as long as that one? Would that work or do I need the exact copy?

The think here is contact... Your replacement should fit the hole it came out of. What's wrong with the one you are showing us?
