Need Sharp {27L-S100} service mode codes { no audio }

Techs;
Sharp 27L-S100 had no rf channels or audio. Did factor reset which brought
back the channels, but still no audio. I had this problem once before in which I
had to set one of the serice mode Sxx codes to '26'. Anyone have any info on
this?
