I have an NX-8E that has worked fine since installation years ago. I tried to change zone 12 to a different zone type. After several attempts to change it, I have it programmed to the proper zone type. Everything works fine, however since that time, the keypad report "Service Required". It is telling me there is a Zone 12 fault. I have checked program locations 27 and 28, and all looks fine. Any ideas why this fault is reporting when the system is working just fine?
