OPA655 unity gain buffer circuit v. noisy

Hi,

I've assembled a unity buffer circuit with an OPA655P op amp as per page 9
of the data sheet and for some reason find the circuit to be incredibly
noisy - lots of hf noise! the circuits using gain I've made with this chip
on this board are fine which makes it more puzzling. Decoupling is the same
for all devices. Any Ideas as to what's happening?
