This printer used occasionally is now giving a "Jam at
Duplex Unit" error. There is no duplex unit in this
machine (it's supposed to replace the media A tray I
think). We have removed, inspected, and replaced all
the major assemblies that can be pulled without tools
(e.g., developer, fuser).
Any info would be appreciated.
