Q: Disc Instruments HDM15-1000-B05 rotary encoder data??

I have two Hathaway 9925104, 30VDC motors that have Disc Instruments Optical
Shaft Encoder, HDM15-1000-B05 encoders on them.
Anyone have any data on these? I cannot find anything on these encoders.
