Google has not helped me find a particular capacitor marking. The markings one it are
ic
.022K
250T

I gather that "ic" is Illinois Capacitor, the manufacturer, that the capacitance is .022 microFarads with a 10% tolerance. I can't imagine 250 being anything other than the maximum rated voltage. However, I can find nothing about the "T." Does anyone know what it refers to?

yes, 0.022K is just 0.022uF

I wouldn't worry too much about the T marking
the cap is in a very low voltage / current section of the circuit
