Roland E 20 keyboard preamp no sound from keys

HELLO EVERY ONE, I HAVE A E 20 KEYBOARD, NO SOUND FROM THE KEYS, PLUG IN FROM REAR IN JACKS, SUCH AS GUITAR PLAYS, I PAD PLAY TROUGH SPECKERS, SO THINK PER AMP IS SUSPECT, PLEASE HELP

I'm not sure what your saying, but have you tried checking for lose solder joints? Blown caps? Any symptoms or observations would help us to help you.

Hello Ben, thank you for your reply, two of the cap look as if some thing was escaping from them, removed the sold with the rope, and replaced them, thanks again Ben

I have a Roland E20 too and when I plug it in, it switches on with all the led lights fully lit and there is no message on the LCD display. I tried RESETTING it by pressing the WRITE button but to no avail. Can you help me too? Thanks and Kind Regards!
