sansui crt TV vertical deflection problem

Hi sansui sv 2118i m28 using la 7840 vertical ic. The vertical deflection expands slowly when switched on changed all electrolytic caps replaced ic the picture has a 1cm gap at the bottom when fully expanded- any help will be appreciated!!

Do you see any observable heat damage to components or the board?
Take a look at the power supply board too.

Thanks!! for ur quick response. The chassis in relative good condition no heat damage. It starts with half full picture on top then epands at the bottom until icm gap at the bottom there is Light diagonal bars running down the screen - the channel program dissappears now and then leaving a blue screen comes back when u change the channels
