Servo tester question, need help

I was looking this project "simple servo tester" at electronic lab pages( http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/motor_light/016/index.html ) and I would like to know what is the max input voltage, is this 5V=? What I must change if I want to run this servo tester with 2S LiPo cell, this is 7,4V?

The stupid project does not say its supply voltage.
If you look at the datasheet of its PIC micro-controller then you will see that it is 5.0V only.
Your 2 cells lipo battery will be 8.4V when fully charged and will drop to about 6V so you need a low-dropout voltage regulator for the PIC.
