Most effective method was the one the doctor used on my dad.
Doc told him to look at his wife and kids, and realize that he was hurting them.
Painful, but incredibly effective on my dad.

I find it easier to do stuff. I think its the fact I don't do much with a baby around, its kind of mind numbing and bub wants to be held all the time. my mind goes blank and I want something to do so I light up. finding something to occupy my mind is annoying
