Sony KV-32S40 TV Audio but no Video

No picture but have sound and blinking stand by/timer light. What could the problem be? I'm a newbie with tv repairs.

have several things to check - first check all voltages 5v, 9v, 15v, -15v, 135v (b+), 200v.
then check HOT xistor, video xistor, could also be Jungle IC. check back after these test. John
