stuff needed: ADE-1ASK,VNA25,45Mhz clock oscillator

I need following parts for my project:

1.MINICIRCUITS ADE-1ASK - Frequency Mixer
2.MINICIRCUITS VNA25 - Amplifier
3. A 45 Mhz Clock Oscillator

I'm unable to find these stuff in the market. Therefore I request the respected readers to  please suggest me where i can find them(any household circuit or other thing) or suggest a suitable alternative for them. Thanks in advance...
