Those chirps and squawks heard on radios

I would like to find out how to get those sounds you hear when public
safety units are on the radio.

There are those chirps and rapid DTMF and those double blips.

Ok, now, I would like to get those similar sounds as a "Roger-Beep" or
End-of-transmission sound to use on CB. Yet I would hook up an inline unit
between the radio and the Microphone and it would be heard as I keyed up or
after I release the PTT.

What IC or ICs would be needed and other components to achieve close
relation to those sounds heard on police/fire/rescue radio repeater systems.
